We do not offer exchanges. Due to the high volume of demand of our items. There is no guarantee we will have what you want at the time of returning.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
- Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
Non-returnable items include (store credit not accepted): sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, costumes, swimwear and bodysuits.
ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Xoho Boutique.
We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, you will be issued an online store credit. You will be notified via email with your store credit code. Code does not expire, and can only be used online.
